Appraisal Services
When necessary, we connect homeowners with a preferred appraiser at a fixed, discounted rate. For qualifying files, Gator Solutions covers the appraisal cost and recovers it through the standard 5% Approval Services fee — only if the roof is approved. Fixed pricing, no upfront appraisal cost (terms apply).
Common Questions
How much does the CRM cost if I don't use any Gator Solutions services?
It's completely free. Our goal at Gator Solutions isn't to charge contractors for software. We built the CRM to help roofing companies stay organized, improve their operations, and grow their businesses. We believe that by providing value first, we can build long-term relationships. If you ever need estimating, supplements, field services, or other Gator Solutions services, we're here to help — but there is never any obligation to use them in order to use the CRM.
Is there a subscription, plan, or monthly fee?
No. Gator Solutions has no subscriptions or plan tiers. We charge per service, only for the work we perform on your job.
When is the 5% Approval Services fee charged?
Only after the full roof scope is approved by the insurance carrier — the fee is 5% of the original approved RCV.
How does the Supplementing fee work?
If we secure an additional supplement after the original approval, we charge 10% of that increase only — never on the total job value.
What happens if a Field Service can't be scheduled right away?
Gator Solutions will schedule Field Services after two (2) weeks if the contractor is unable to complete the requested task, so your claim keeps moving.
Can I track the status of a claim?
Yes. Every job includes live claim status, RCV figures, supplement status, and next-step ownership, all visible in your contractor portal.
