Jonathan Davis

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Leads Gator Solutions' strategy, insurance expertise, and industry relationships.

Jonathan is the Co-Founder of Gator Solutions and the Owner of Gator Roofing & Restoration, with deep experience across residential roofing, insurance claims, and public policy. He serves as Secretary/Treasurer of Louisiana's largest residential roofing association and is a Co-Owner of Red Stick Insurance Agency, licensed as both an insurance adjuster and producer. That combination lets him see every side of the claims process and turn it into practical guidance for contractors.

Why Jonathan does this: He's seen how much growth gets held back by paperwork and admin — and built Gator Solutions to remove that ceiling for other contractors.

Rachael Williams

Co-Founder & Director of Operations

Runs day-to-day operations and keeps every contractor's claims moving.

Rachael has built a well-rounded career in roofing and insurance restoration — from roofing sales to Claims Manager to Co-Owner. As a licensed Public Adjuster, she pairs firsthand field experience with deep claims expertise to help contractors navigate the insurance process with confidence. Her focus on clear communication and attention to detail means every claim is handled with professionalism and follow-through.
